Opened or used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Perfume Princess is not responsible for allergic reactions. Please review ingredient information provided by the original manufacturer and perform a patch test before use.
