Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. All fragrances sold by Perfume Princess are 100% authentic and decanted from genuine retail bottles purchased lawfully. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand.

What does “decant” mean?

A decant is a smaller quantity of fragrance transferred from an original retail bottle into a clean atomizer. You will not receive the original manufacturer packaging.

Why don’t the bottles look like the original?

Decants are repackaged into smaller spray bottles for sampling and travel convenience. All spray bottles used are glass. 

Why do different sites show different perfume notes?

Many of these niche brands do not publish the olfactory pyramid for their perfumes. The notes listed are generally what most people smell in the perfume, which can vary. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, all decanted fragrances are final sale. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

Can perfumes cause allergic reactions?

Yes. Fragrances may contain allergens. Please perform a patch test before use. Perfume Princess is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Will my decant leak during shipping?

We package all orders carefully (and cute). Very minor leakage or evaporation may occur during transit and is considered normal.

Why doesn’t my bottle look completely full?

Atomizers require headspace for proper spraying. Slight volume variation may occur.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
